The questions we are asked most often in a first conversation – answered honestly, without jargon.
At most agencies a company website costs a one-off 3,000 to 10,000 euros – with us it comes as a subscription from €199 a month, including hosting, updates and support. The price depends on the scope: number of pages, copy, features such as a shop or appointment booking. In the first conversation we quote a fixed monthly fee – with no hidden costs.
A typical company website goes live within 3–4 weeks – depending on how quickly content and approvals come in. In our experience content is the biggest time factor: supply texts and images early – or have us produce them – and you are online sooner.
A website builder is fine to start with – as soon as the site is meant to bring in customers, the professional route pays off. Wix, Jimdo and the like save money at first, but you pay with your own time, design limits and lock-in to the platform. A custom-built WordPress website belongs to you, grows with your business and is technically sound for Google.
A good website loads fast, works on a smartphone, answers your customers’ questions and makes getting in touch as easy as possible. On top of that come the legal duties: legal notice, privacy policy and accessibility – plus solid SEO foundations so that people find you at all.
Since 28 June 2025 the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) requires many commercial websites to meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We check whether this applies to you, implement the necessary measures properly and, on request, supply the accessibility statement – including a free BFSG audit.
You do: the domain and the content are always yours – we put that in the contract. WordPress is free software, so there is none of the platform lock-in some website builders impose. Even on the subscription model we set out the handover at the end of the contract transparently, before you sign.
Every website costs money on an ongoing basis for the domain, hosting, updates and maintenance – realistically from about 20 to 100 euros a month, depending on the level of support. Doing it yourself saves money but leaves you responsible for security and backups. Our subscription covers all of it in the fixed monthly fee – no surprises.
