Check your privacy setup before a warning letter arrives.
Google Fonts loaded straight from a Google server, tracking without consent, an incomplete privacy policy – the classics that attract warning letters every day. We check free of charge how your website stands technically: consent, embedded services, cookies and privacy policy. Result with concrete pointers, as a web report and PDF.
The technical legal traps first
The focus is on how data protection is implemented technically on your website. We also check Google and AI visibility so that you know the overall picture. The check is not legal advice – it shows technical indicators.

A result you can actually work with
Consent & cookies
Is a consent tool demonstrably working? Does the server set cookies before consent is given? Exactly these points are tested and named.
The Google Fonts classic
If fonts are loaded straight from a Google server, every visitor IP address goes to Google without consent. That has led to court rulings and whole waves of warning letters – we spot it immediately.
Embedded services
Analytics, YouTube, maps, trackers: we list the third-party services your server delivers and assess what they mean for data protection.
Privacy policy
Reachable, complete and matching the services you actually embed? We check the mandatory sections and whether the services in use are mentioned at all.

Enter your domain, add a few details – and you receive your privacy check as a web report and PDF. Free and with no obligation.

The analysis tool is currently available in German only. Send us a message and we will walk you through the results in English.
Briefly explained
What exactly does the privacy check test?
The technical implementation: is a consent tool detectable? Which third-party services and trackers does your server deliver? Does it set cookies before consent? Is the privacy policy reachable, does it contain the mandatory sections and does it mention the embedded services?
Is this legal advice?
No. The check provides technical indicators and shows the classic legal traps from a technical point of view. It does not replace a review by a lawyer, but it shows you clearly where action is likely needed before things get expensive.
Why is Google Fonts such an issue?
If fonts are loaded straight from a Google server, every visitor IP address is transmitted to Google without consent. German courts have already ruled against this (Regional Court of Munich I) and waves of warning letters followed. The fix is simple: host the fonts locally – and that is exactly what we detect.
What does the check not see?
We analyse the HTML your server delivers and the HTTP headers. Services and cookies that are only loaded later by JavaScript stay invisible to the automated check – we say so openly in the report and clarify it on request in a free consultation.
